Neighborhoods are located from Tahoe City on the West to Incline Village on the Nevada Side of Lake Tahoe.

Tahoe City : This area is within walking distance of the elementary school and downtown. Most homes here are older and many are rented to locals. Homes and rare legal duplexes are mixed in quality and upkeep.

Bunker Tract  Behind the Tahoe City Golf Course; Consists mainly of permanent residents due to the proximity to Tahoe City and the elementary school. Most homes are in quiet secluded Tree settings. Golf course and Lake Views.

Dollar Point    Dollar Point is a higher priced subdivision. It has many of the same characteristics as the highlands, withthe advantages of amenities including beach, pier, buoys, pool, two tennis courts and a club house. The close proximity to Tahoe City and with many houses having lake views, this is the only area, that some buyers will consider purchasing a home.

The Highlands This area is comprised mainly of permanent residents and professionals. Homes here are well maintained. The intermediate and high schools are located in this neighborhood. Great access to cross country skiing, mountain biking and hiking for the forest service land located just behind this area.

Carnelian Bay: Located just 5 minutes from Tahoe City. This charming neighborhood has great access to the forest service land with miles of hiking, biking and cross country skiing at Tahoe.

CedarFlat: Along the ridge many “Old Tahoe” homes that are used primarily as vacation properties. Some have lake views. Charming area

Ridgewood: Wobrockway shores sunsetodsy and mixed like Carnelian Heights except for some steeper and narrower roads, which create somewhat more difficult winter access, but with the advantage of an association pier. Occasionally, lake-views and lakefronts available.

Agate Bay:  Located half way between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. This Sunny Neighborhood has Moderate to highpriced houses in a sunny yet wooded setting. Homes in this area have excellent rental histories due to the Sun Club Pool, Pier, Volley Ball Courts, Bar-B-Que area plus two tennis court locations.  Lakefronts are set back from North Lake Blvd with easy access.

Tahoe Vista:     Located just west of Kings Beach this Charming Tahoe North Shore Neighborhood has a mixed older cabins and newer homes within walking distance of sandy beaches, New Marina, and restaurants. Perfect launching place for Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

Kings Beach :  Located in the Banana Belt of Lake Tahoe, the White Sandy Beaches of Kings Beach and close to North Shore’s Casinos. This area has a mix of older and newer homes. Some of the lowest prices Lakeview and Lakefront home at Tahoe are located here.


Kingswood Estates and Kingswood West
: Located half way between Kings Beach and Northstar, an excellent area for access to either summer or winter recreation. Nice area with good values. Most homes are in treed, quiet settings with some lake views

Wood Vista:   Located near or on the Old Brockway golf course; this secluded area is gradually being upgraded. With a Woodsy yet sunny setting just a short walk to the Restaurants, Shopping, and Kings Beach.
