Dollar Point Neighborhood Profile

Dollar Point is the community that makes a great place own a second home and share with your kids. Dollar Point is excellent place to own rental property when you’re not here at Lake Tahoe. The private beach, the buoy field, pool and tennis courts are great for summer rentals. The proximity to Tahoe City and the ski resorts makes it great for winter rentals.
Dollar Point Association membership is voluntary and the amenities are excellent.

The Single Family Homes priced a are a bit higher than other subdivisions. Dollar Point has many of the same characteristics as the highlands, with the advantages of the private beach, pier, buoys, pool, two tennis courts and club house. Close to Tahoe City many houses have lake views. Dollar Point is the ONLY area, that some buyers will consider purchasing a home. Many of my clients will only look at Dollar Point, due to the amenities, the proximity to Tahoe City and the great rental and resale this neighborhood maintains.
